If you wish to cancel or modify your registration to the ILC 2017, you must send an e-mail to ILC.registration@mci-group.com
The conditions are the same for individual and group registrations.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy for individuals & groups
The fees, minus an administrative charge of 25%, will be refunded for cancellations before Wednesday 8 March 2017.
After this deadline, no refund will be possible.
Modification
Modification policy for individuals & groups
A handling fee of €25.00 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday 8 March 2017.
Lost badges
If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of €25.00 will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or ID card).
Insurance
The congress organisers/EASL cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress delegates, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Delegates are advised to take out their own personal travel, liability and health insurance for their trip.
Refund requests
Every refund claim should be sent to MCI in writing until 30 April 2017. Requests sent after this deadline will not be processed
